1. Overview

4. Subscription Term and Cancellation After Cooling-Off Period
• If you cancel your subscription after the cooling-off period and before the end of the subscription term, you will immediately forfeit your right to attend any remaining in-person education events included in your package.
• You will remain liable for the full amount of the subscription fee for the remainder of the one-year term. If you have not paid the full amount, you are required to settle the outstanding balance.
5. Debt Collection and Credit Impact
• Should you fail to settle the remaining balance of your subscription after cancellation or non-payment, we reserve the right to engage a debt collection agency to recover the outstanding fees.
• Any unpaid balance that remains unsettled will affect your credit rating and may be reported to relevant credit agencies.
6. UK-Only Subscription
• All in-person education packages and events are limited to locations within the United Kingdom.
• The subscription does not extend to events outside the UK, whether in-person or virtual.
7. Event Access Based on Subscription Package
• Your access to in-person events is determined by the specific subscription package you choose.
• Each package offers different levels of access to courses, workshops, and events.
• You will only be allowed to attend the number of events or courses specifically included in your chosen package.

8. Automatic Booking System
• Upon subscribing, you will be automatically enrolled in our booking system for in-person events.
