Steven was born into a hairdressing dynasty; however, he initially visioned his future in the film industry. Having started his career in 2006 in Hungary, because he would have had to wait an entire year to apply to university, it was natural for him to try himself at hairdressing

He learned the craft from his father, and it became such a passion that over time, he received opportunities from more and more domestic and international brands like Alfaparf Milano, Lakmé Haircare, Eleven Australia, Davines to work as a educator and travel. At the beginning of his career, he studied at the Sassoon and HOB Academy, and since 2016, he has been conducting private and group training sessions across Europe and America under his own name and performing at international shows. In his training sessions, he not only focuses on the technical aspects of haircutting but also on the planning process that precedes the haircut and the styling techniques he has developed over the years. We’re committed to providing an exceptional learning experience and understand that plans can sometimes change. Please review the following policy carefully when booking an in-person course:

1. Course Cancellations & Credit

  • If you need to cancel your place on a course, we do not offer refunds. However, the full amount paid will be credited towards a future course.
  • Course credit is valid for 12 months from the original course date and must be used within this timeframe.

2. Cancellations Within Two Weeks of the Course

  •  If you cancel within two weeks of the course date, the cost of any materials already ordered (e.g., mannequin heads or other supplies) will be deducted from your course credit.
  • In some cases, due to shipping times and preparation requirements, materials may be ordered before the two-week window. If this is the case, those costs will still be deducted from your credit.
  •  This deduction reflects expenses already incurred and is in accordance with our company policy.

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • If you would prefer to reschedule rather than cancel, please contact us as early as possible.
  • We will do our best to accommodate your request, but rescheduling is subject to availability.
  • Any rescheduling request made within two weeks of the course may still incur a materials fee as described above.

4. No-Show Policy

  • If you fail to attend the course without prior notice, your booking will be considered a no-show and no course credit will be issued.

5. Transfer of Credit

6. Health & Safety

  • In the event that a course is postponed due to government restrictions, venue issues, or any health & safety concerns, your booking will be transferred to the next available date.

Terms and Conditions for In-Person Education Subscription Packages

1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern all in-person education subscription packages offered by [Company Name] (“we,” “our,” or “us”) within the UK. By subscribing to any of our education packages, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. These apply to all packages without exception.

If you are subscribed from outside of the UK and plan to travel to the UK to attend our in-person education events, these Terms and Conditions also apply to you. All policies regarding payments, cancellations, and attendance will be enforced regardless of your country of residence or travel arrangements.

2. Subscription Payment and Term

• All subscription packages are offered on a one-year term and consist of 12 instalments.

• Payments are made monthly via direct debit. By subscribing, you authorize us to debit your account on a monthly basis for the duration of the one-year subscription.

• The subscription amount will be divided into 12 equal payments spread across the year, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Refund Policy and Seven-Day Cooling-Off Period

• You are entitled to a seven-day cooling-off period starting from the day your subscription begins.

• During this cooling-off period, you may cancel your subscription and receive a full refund, provided you have not attended any in-person education events within this time frame.

• If you attend any in-person events during the cooling-off period, you waive your right to a refund, and your subscription will be considered final.

• Once the seven-day cooling-off period has ended, your subscription becomes non-refundable, and you are committed to paying the full amount over the course of the year.

4. Subscription Term and Cancellation After Cooling-Off Period

• If you cancel your subscription after the cooling-off period and before the end of the subscription term, you will immediately forfeit your right to attend any remaining in-person education events included in your package.

• You will remain liable for the full amount of the subscription fee for the remainder of the one-year term. If you have not paid the full amount, you are required to settle the outstanding balance.

5. Debt Collection and Credit Impact

• Should you fail to settle the remaining balance of your subscription after cancellation or non-payment, we reserve the right to engage a debt collection agency to recover the outstanding fees.

• Any unpaid balance that remains unsettled will affect your credit rating and may be reported to relevant credit agencies.

6. UK-Only Subscription

• All in-person education packages and events are limited to locations within the United Kingdom.

• The subscription does not extend to events outside the UK, whether in-person or virtual.

7. Event Access Based on Subscription Package

• Your access to in-person events is determined by the specific subscription package you choose.

• Each package offers different levels of access to courses, workshops, and events.

• You will only be allowed to attend the number of events or courses specifically included in your chosen package.

• Additional Event Access: If you wish to attend any in-person education events beyond what your package includes, you will need to pay the course fee for the additional events. As a subscriber, you are entitled to a discounted course fee for any additional events beyond your package.

8. Automatic Booking System

• Upon subscribing, you will be automatically enrolled in our booking system for in-person events.

• The system allocates available spots to subscribers based on their chosen package and event availability. Each subscriber will have a profile on our website where they can view their enrolled events.

• Subscribers are responsible for reviewing the schedule and ensuring their attendance at allocated events. Failure to attend will not entitle the subscriber to a refund or additional event access.

9. Limits on Event Attendance

• You are not permitted to attend more events than your package allows. If you wish to attend additional events, they will be subject to the discounted course fee as per clause 7.

10. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Continuing with your subscription after any changes will indicate your acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law
