After some time of Charles starting this journey alone, he decided to bring another key player into the team, Jaime Leigh.  Since joining Hair In Motion, Charles and Jaime have continued to build upon the company’s revolutionary approach to education, pushing boundaries and reshaping the way stylists learn and grow.

Our online academy, launched in 2020, was designed to break barriers offering a high-quality learning experience that stylists can access from anywhere in the world. But we didn’t stop there. Understanding the power of in-person connection and hands-on learning, we took innovation even further, becoming the first to introduce a subscription-based in-person education model in the hair industry.
